Child Support Case Review
WeAreParents.org will receive authorization from non-custodial and custodial parents to review their respective case(s) for proper, equitable and fair processing and enforcement. We will review case(s) to ensure accurate deductions from employer, proper payment allocation by the child support agency, and make efficient and effective determinations on child support cases. Why take time away or phone calls from work trying to figure out what the local child support office is telling you about your case? No longer will clients have to try and understand the child support jargon and policies communicated from customer service representatives and correspondence received in the mail!

Inmate Child Support Suspension Program
WeAreParents.org will provide outreach to non-custodial parents who are incarcerated encouraging them to have their child support orders modified and accounts suspended until they are released from incarceration. The benefit of this plan is CRUCIAL to prevent non-custodial parents from facing INSURMOUNTABLE ARREARS due to their inability of gainful employment as a result of their incarceration. The motions for modification will be reviewed by the WeAreParents.org Legal Team and filed pro se on behalf of the incarcerated NCPs. After the orders have been modified, WeAreParents.org will PROVIDE OUTREACH TO THE NCPS AT THEIR PLACE OF INCARCERATION TO EXPLAIN THEIR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE NEW CHILD SUPPORT ORDER AND PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE REFERRALS UPON RELEASE.

Enforcement/Collections
WeAreParents.org will take limited power of attorney over child support cases and enforce child support orders. We will use skip tracing services such as Accurint, Lexus Nexus, Judicial Databases, Extensive Interviewing, etc. to locate non-custodial parents and obtain employment information and ensure income withholding orders are in effect so clients can begin or continue receiving payments.
If the non-custodial parent is unemployed, unlike our competitors we will provide employment assistance referrals and monitor progress until they are able to meet their child support obligation.
WeAreParents.org will serve as the power of attorney and represent the interests of the custodial parent. *We will process requests for review and adjustments, modifications, audits, etc.

20% collection fee (LOWER THAN ANY COMPETITOR) assessed for administrative and collection efforts on all money collected

Co-Parenting Mediation (outside of court)
WeAreParents.org assists single parents with mediating parental agreements that will address visitation and custody matters as well as child support. This service allows parents to have a binding agreement to responsibly address the needs of raising a child in separate households. If the need arises to go to court, the Parenting Plan will serve as a foundation for any family court proceeding. If the parties cannot agree during the mediation and it is necessary to go to court, we will provide our clients with the Responsible Family Planning brochure that informs how the judicial process works and what areas to address, be mindful of and things to consider.
*If a party is represented by counsel WeAreParents.org suggests that our client also be represented by our experienced child support attorney.
*WeAreParents.org can also assist with paternity testing and Affidavit of Parentage Research

PHREEForums.com Payroll and Human Resources Employer Educational Forums
WeAreParents.org facilitates forums/seminars offering training solutions to educate employers on effective and efficient reporting and compliance with state agencies they are legally required to interface with and report to on a regular basis. Agency representation and topics include child support payment deduction and remittance, unemployment information, workers compensation, new hire reporting, United States Customs and Immigration Enforcement, and many other topics advantageous to the employer community. The PHREE Forums are held at venues such as hotels and include a continental breakfast, educational materials, gift bags, door prizes, giveaways and contact information for further follow up or additional questions.

Human Services Trainings and Workshops
WeAreParents.org will sponsor forums/training seminars for human service agency professionals to promote best practices, opportunity for networking with colleagues,and efficient and effective services to the families they serve. We will provide trainings in the following areas:
Social Services
WeAreParents.org will provide technical assistance and training to Title IV-A workers on best practices in customer service, processing TANF, TCA, day care vouchers, food stamps, and other types of assistance. We will provide participants with tools such as efficient time management, documentation, follow-up, etc.
Child Support
WeAreParents.org will provide technical assistance and training to Title IV-D workers on best practices in establishment, locate, enforcement, NPEP programs and other areas of child support.
New Hire Reporting
WeAreParents.org will provide technical assistance to new hire reporting professionals on best practices with outreach, employer compliance, data entry, multistate reporting and MORE
Foster Care
WeAreParents.org will provide technical assistance and training to Title IV-E workers on efficient with foster care eligibility file processing, proper documentation and other pertinent areas.

CSAP – Child Support Assistance Programs
Child Support Assistance Programs (CSAPs) provides satellite child support services and information at strategic locations to better serve employee and member families within the child support community. CSAPs will provide custodial and non-custodial parents with a convenient and accessible location to address concerns with their child support case. CSAPs will also provide documents and information pertaining to custody and visitation encouraging the mutual and intricate roles, both a mother and a father render in the life of a child. Benefits to employers, organizations and families include:

Specifically, CSAP Specialists will review child support cases and perform case maintenance to determine whether enforcement action is needed. CSAPs will establish memorandums of understandings to work with and support the enforcement efforts of the local child support office. CSAPs will assist clients with obtaining child support court orders from the appropriate clerk’s office and make effective determinations and provide accurate feedback based on the most prevalent information available.

WeAreParents.org will contract with local child support and school jurisdictions, prisons, profit and not for profit companies and organizations to provide 5-10 hours a week or more of CSAP assistance at appropriate and strategic venues. Whether at a Head Start Center, prison, or large corporation, our CSAP will provide clients and employees with professional and accurate assistance with their child support concerns.

Non-Custodial Parent Employment Programs
WeAreParents.org will consult with State and Tribal IV-D Agencies and provide consulting solutions to create and/or facilitate non-custodial parent employment programs and provide technical assistance for implementation. We will highlight the benefits of engaging and assisting the non-custodial parent unemployed population obtain substantial and gainful employment. Some of the specific highlights of our program include:

Prison Paternity Establishment Projects
WeAreParents.org will consult with State and Tribal IV-D Agencies and provide consulting solutions to network with prison administrators and provide genetic testing to potential non-custodial parents who are incarcerated. WeAreParents.org will also offer additional services to State and Tribal IV-D Agencies such as filing petitions and educating the custodial and non-custodial parents on the child support process. Benefits of Paternity Establishment include:

Concierge Services
WeAreParents.org also provides personalized and detailed child support assistance to clients as well. We provide our clients with a thorough presentation at their location, effectively explaining the child support process, their responsibilities under a court order as well as general options they may have regarding custody (joint physical, legal, etc.), visitation, etc. in respects to their child support case. If necessary, we work with the client’s legal team and provide a practical perspective of the child support process, assist and serve as a subject matter expert during child support deliberations, etc.
